I confess, I’m stubborn. And if you think diamonds are the hardest, know that I’m no push-over either – I really gave the creators a run for their money! I’m from Žemaitija, after all. What would you do if, after millions of years of peace, someone suddenly pulled you out of your sweet slumber, called you “gray and ugly,” painted, scented, rubbed, ground, twisted you, and then blamed you for not lathering well enough, saying your “figure” wasn’t firm enough, because you don’t stiffen the way they want? I would’ve thrown a tantrum for my whole life, but, unexpectedly, my attention was caught by a persistent, kind, and loving production manager. Well, she tamed me, and thanks to her, we can now meet!
